Meier & Sons Roofing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Roofer to join our growing team. We are an established Bay Area roofing contractor specializing in residential asphalt/composition shingle roofing and low-slope roofing systems.
We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in quality workmanship, show up on time, work well with a crew, and want long-term opportunities with an established roofing company.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair asphalt/composition shingle roofing systems
- Install and repair torch-down modified bitumen roofing systems
- Perform roof tear-offs and job site preparation
- Complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Follow company and OSHA safety practices
Qualifications
- Multiple years of hands-on roofing experience
- Proven experience with asphalt/composition shingles
- Experience with torch-down roofing systems preferred
- Ability to work safely on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation & Work
- Starting at $30+ per hour DOE
